Can I pay my bill online?
GasKey does not currently offer online bill payment. However, we are working toward offering that service.
Can I have my payment automatically deducted from my checking account?
Yes. We have an Electronics Funds Transfer program that works the same as bank draft. By using the Electronic Funds Transfer program, you authorize GasKey to debit your bank account for charges on your monthly invoice. This service is free of charge and available to all customers.

What are GasKey’s payment terms?
Payment is due on the "Payment Due Date" indicated on the bill, which is approximately 20 days from the date your bill is mailed. If payment is more than 5 days past the due date, a late charge of $10 or 1.5% of your past due balance, whichever is greater, will be posted to the account and interest will accrue on any unpaid balance from the "Payment Due Date" until the payment is received.
How often will I be billed?
Accounts are billed monthly.
Will I be charged a fee if my bank returns a check for insufficient funds?
Yes. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
What is your bill dispute policy?
GasKey will make every effort to promptly resolve a customer billing dispute or other complaint. The amount of time required will depend on the nature and complexity of the dispute/complaint. Any identified billing errors will be corrected within 30 days, as required by Georgia State Regulations. Complaints and/or disputes can be submitted by phoning or writing MXenergy Customer Service Center.
