Who do I call if I have trouble with my MXenergy service?
If you suspect a gas leak or have any other emergency situation with your gas, you should contact Atlanta Gas Light (AGL) at 770-907-4231 in metro Atlanta. Outside Atlanta, call 1-877-427-4321. If you experience service interruption or any other non-emergency problem, call MXenergy at 1.800.785.4373.

Our customer service representatives can be reached 877.677.4355. Monday through Friday 8 AM - 6 PM ET

What are your rates?
We offers a variable Market Rate and a Fixed Rate Plan. On the Market Rate Plan, rates will vary according to market fluctuations. Rates for customers on the Fixed Rate Plan will be locked in for the duration of their contract. The monthly bill for each account will include: (1) a Base Charge, covering charges from AGL, which will vary for each account, (2) an applicable service fee, depending on your Rate Plan, (3) a consumption charge, which is the cost of gas consumed, and (4) applicable taxes.

Can MXenergy provide a continuous service agreement for owners of multiple rental properties?

Who does your service work?
We use Atlanta Gas Light’s service department for all emergency and service work, including meter reading.
