You can switch natural gas marketers at any time. However, you will be charged a switching fee of $7.50 per switch, if you switch more than one time during a 12-month period. You should also consider the Terms and Conditions of your current gas marketer agreement, as a cancellation fee may apply.
If I switch marketers, will there be any disruption in my gas service?
No. Switching marketers will not affect your service. Switching is merely a change in the administration of your account. When you begin service with a new marketer, you will be switched on your next meter read date.

What do I do if I am a victim of slamming?
If you think you've been slammed, call the gas marketer you selected. Your marketer will help you restore service with them. You should also report the incident to the Georgia Public Service Commission by calling:
